We collect meeting recordings, transcripts, and analysis data solely for providing the Meetadore service. We never collect data beyond what is required to deliver the service you requested.
Your data is used only to generate meeting transcripts and intelligence reports for your account. We never use your data to train AI models. We never sell your data to third parties. Ever.
Data is retained according to your plan and configuration — 30, 60, or 90 days by default, or as configured by your administrator. You may request deletion at any time and we honor it within 24 hours.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data.
